Yesterday in the hellhole of my country, during event of closing campaign, a candidate for councilor got shot in the back of the head by what the media said to be hitman of cartel. This alleged hitman was there shot down by the local authorities.
Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated case, during this year's elections there has been about 80 candidates of different parties killed for many reasons in which many are related to drug violence.
