Oof. That fucker might survive...but geez.
It's a good sign that he didn't bleed out. Usually when a victim dies of a GSW, their blood pressure drops to zero and all the blood leaks out of the holes.
But not a good sign that the shot was at point-blank distance with a 7.62 round out of an AK-47-style rifle.
Spleen, stomach, kidney, lung--all toast. Stomach and lung can be repaired, but the rest is gone.
If it hit an artery, he's bleeding-out from the inside and likely unconscious right at the end of the video.
If not, he will probably survive...but not without immediate medical care from doctors and surgeons specialized in treating top-level trauma patients.
I'm trying to be as optimistic as possible...but let's get real: that guy is fucked.

You definitely know more about this than me, but the fact that he doesn't move at all on the ground seems like a bad sign. In most videos I've seen, the victim moves around a little bit on the ground regardless of if they eventually die or not
