Checked out the twitter nonsense and this is definitely 2 videos of the same gun fight. OP is obviously mistaken that Jeffery was in all black, after watching, it become obvious that little Jeffery stayed inside the vehicle at first, then ran out to "get his wings" or "shoot his shot" and died.
