The victim allegedly called the author a “cuckold and sucker”
Matheus Alexandrino de Oliveira, aged 17, died after being shot in the head in the early hours of Saturday (04/03), after the victim called his friend a “cuckold”. The crime occurred in a commercial beverage establishment, located on Rua José Feliciano, Santo Antônio neighborhood, in Patrocínio.
According to the police record, through footage from the establishment it was possible to observe the victim, the witness, the store employee and the author gesturing with their arms, apparently arguing with the victim and with a weapon in hand, apparently a revolver, and after a few Moments later, the perpetrator approaches the victim and fires the first shot and when the victim falls to the ground, he fires a second shot, all towards the victim's face.
Also according to police records, an employee of a monitoring company allegedly saw a person being attacked on the internal circuit footage. When police arrived at the scene, the victim was found lying on the ground with a large pool of blood near his head.
According to a witness, he reported that the victim was shot with a firearm, that he was with the victim in a bar in the São Judas neighborhood and then they went to the commercial establishment in the Santo Antônio neighborhood, at a given moment, the victim said to one of those present “you cuckold, sucker” in a joking tone, but this individual became quite excited and nervous, at which point he took out a revolver from his waist and pointed it at the victim and said “here” firing two shots at close range.
After shooting the victim, the author also told a local employee to delete the images. Once called, a team from Samu arrived at the scene, however, due to the need to provide assistance to the victim and the door to the establishment being locked, it was necessary to break down the door to gain access and check Matheus' condition, however, the Samu doctor, When checking the victim's health status, he confirmed his death.
During sweeps of the location in search of the perpetrator, the police found a tablet of a substance similar to marijuana inside a room of the commercial establishment, belonging to the employee, who resides there.
After the technical expertise of the Civil Police, the victim was found to have two gunshot wounds, one on each side of the face. During the forensic work, a wad of substance similar to marijuana and a black Samsung cell phone were found in the victim's clothing, which were seized.
The perpetrator fled towards a white Gol vehicle, which was parked close to the scene of the crime, together with three other individuals, who headed towards Avenida Altino Guimarães.
During tracking in the Amir Amaral neighborhood, in an attempt to locate the author, the white vehicle Gol, used by the author in the escape, was seen, abandoned at the intersection of Aprígio Alves da Cunha street, and Virgílio Peres street.
Several investigations were carried out by police teams at possible addresses where the perpetrator could be, but so far without success. According to the PM, efforts continue in an attempt to locate and capture the person responsible for the murder and arrest him.
The body of Matheus Alexandrino de Oliveira was released to the funeral home on duty.
