**Venezuela~ This occured in Cagua del Edo Aragua. Subjects carrying firearms aned wearing CICPC clothing shot a citizen in the face in front of his mother, then dragged him out of his house and shot him.
It is presumed that these subjects belong to the gang of "el Coti y el Paton", who are dedicated to killing, kidnapping, and mounting false alcabalas(checkpoints or road blocks), dressed as officials...**
This is one of the few videos I don't like watching. I hate grief, hearing the mother crying causes my chest to tighten.
