Absolutely, but it's easy to hate them behind a computer screen. Their livelihood, everything they've worked for, their silly little rank, and being arrested is at stake.
They should've gone in anyway, but they didn't. Hating on the cops who wanted to go in, but knew they would be arrested isn't entirely warranted.
If there wasn't enough officers with balls (there wasn't), there wouldnt be a majority and they would just arrest the officers who wanted to try and save some kids over protocol. The officers in charge should absolutely be held responsible.

I despise the majority of police, and my conservative counterparts so quick to lick boots and militarize the police, which leads to instances precisely like this. Creating fascism where making individual decisions "against protocol" is punished severely.

I know reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, but I never claimed half the country did. I just rhetorically asked what arbitrary barrier do you consider something a fringe tin foil hat conspiracy (basically calling someone a retard rather than crazy by the way, as electromagnetic waves penetrate the neck. Not that you wouldn't have that direct intention) versus a seemingly possible claim, that a large majority of the country believes, and were sketchily silenced on social media. You know how they were all too puss to go in the classroom....so they wouldn't have followed them in the classroom to arrest, if there had been a cop present with descended testicles.
