The only mistake he made was putting the gun up once he had it, should’ve held on to it, this guy could easily have a backup weapon which he did and our guy was able to wrestle it away too, but why take the chance? You already have enough legal justification to shoot this man with his own weapon, if you really think you have to. I’d rather call 911 and keep it pointed at him until help arrives. Our BAMF would have had worse odds if our suspect had pulled another gun there instead of a knife.
