I’d describe them as more…socially retarded. They’d insist that everyone, not only they, have those rights. The problem is that their basis for those ideas fails in reality.
Edit: I’d also add that the more extreme ones believe in all sorts of outrageous shit. “You can avoid paying taxes by filling out returns in red crayon.”
