The man grabbed his taser. would not let go of it AND EVEN FIRED IT. The sus was clearly willing to cause harm to escape. The PO is within his rights and that is a deadly situation if the officer is subdued by his own taser then the suspect has full reign to grab anything from anywhere and use any methods at his disposal to get away. how is this out of line(reading a few comments ahead of my post here)?
regardless of you personal politics and opinion based on whatever. you dont challenge the authorities or not comply. AND DEFINILTY DONT GRAB FOR THEIR WEAPONS IN ANY FUCKING CAPACITY... PERIOD. guy thought he was gonna be hard when he was already at the disadvantage and weaker position??? smart move
When you reply (I know ppl will) actually consider and bring up what you would do and how it would have been a better choice in that EXACT situation. not, " oh well I wouldnt be", or " beat his head in "? what is your response beyond " nuh uh , pig this cops that, crime is ok"? lolz
