I would not have, I know enough about human anatomy and stun guns to know that a discharged stun gun is not able to incapacitate you unless in direct contact with your body, And that due to the limitations of the hinge joint in your elbow and the ball and socket joint in your shoulder the suspect was not able to reach around and make that contact with the officers skin (think about when you try and put sunscreen on your back, it's hard because your arms are not meant to be contorted in that way)

Personally I think no. My reasons being that 1. It’s a taser 2.the dude looked like he let go of it (not to sure on this one) 3. He was basically pinned. Adrenaline can make you think irrationally. but this was just careless thinking, the cop executed that man.

bro a taser can literally put a full grown adult unconscious some even die because of it. and considering ITS LITERALLY A GUN THAT IS USED TO IMMOBILIZE PEOPLE the guy could reach behind and tased the cop and grab the cops gun while he was immobilized and possibly kill him with it, a fired taser can still be used by pressing it against a target, it has contacts on the end specifically for that. not siding with the cop but your reasons are just bad.

he is a threat and you are telling the officers to shoot him in the foot? i've seen people who took 6 round to the chest and they are still not downed and you telling me that they should shoot him in the foot? Thats one way to get yourself killed
