well i mean there isnt a culture of white people being "gangster" but it seems you cant say the same with blacks, if you argue with this point you are actively being dishonest because we all know what im talking about if you live in America. 3 black kids shot each other in my small rural California town within like a year, white kids just ride bmx bikes and fight it out lmfao, its mostly just poor people who are the violent ones tho tbh every kid goes through cringy phases in their life but most dont murder their own piers because of it
