Avenida Tenente Luiz Meirelles, early evening this Thursday, 11, died shortly after being admitted to the emergency room of the Hospital das Clínicas Constantino Ottaviano (HCTCO), taken by medical staff of the Fire Department. He was shot shortly after leaving work, a store in Bom Retiro, near one of the accesses to the Pimentel neighborhood. According to information gathered on the scene, the perpetrators of the attack were two men on a motorcycle. The one on the back of the motorcycle fired the shots and the pair fled towards Várzea.Soon after the crime, a video began to circulate on social networks where a person reports having witnessed the fact. "They just killed a guy here. Lieutenant Luiz Meirelles, in front of the Stoc store. I was driving by. A guy on a motorcycle drove by and shot the guy about ten times, right then and there. The guy on the motorcycle went in the direction of Várzea. How crazy, how crazy," says the unidentified man.
As of the closing of this edition, there was no information about the authorship and motivation for the crime. The Military Police are searching the area, trying to get images from security cameras to try to identify the occupants of the motorcycle. And if you watch it closely, as goofy as it looks, it creates the hardest to hit target the entire time, instead of balling up all together, his body parts were separated as he moved. Goofy, but the best the guy could do. Assuming he didn't somehow deserve it, it was a really good fight.
