Hey fellow goobs, I would just like to insert some historically documented knowledge about these tattoos and the significance of them stemming from Mid to Late Soviet Anti culture.

Many prisoners, criminals, and penal victims of the communist regime were sent to remote prison camp locations where they bonded together for safety and influence. Often strengthening this bond was a deep entrenchment of anti communist ideals and political resent.

This lead many prisoners to organize into groups who often branded themselves with fascist symbols and ideology to openly mock the Communist system. This has been so rooted into the culture of convicts that these symbols no longer hold their original meanings or feelings (Although it still can. Fascists are indeed everywhere.) but as a tradional and ceremonial right among the convicts.
