It kinda does feel like a wagner clip due to the skull + music choice but you can't see any armbands so it's hard to tell. @PixelsAtDawn quoting reddit is cute though. Reddit has never been wrong!

Often have seen Wagner without armbands. Many of the nonstandard uniforms also look like Russian camo more than Ukrainian ones. Could be either side but definitely leaning on it being dead Russians.
