stock blood splatter effect, looks like its more on the lens than the wall. Blood effect changes between about 3-4 different stock splatter images in the frames just after the shot.

one of the stock blood effects actually becomes visible THROUGH the guy's arm at one point, the editor didn't cover it for that last frame for some reason.

stock gunshot sound effect, wrong reverb for a room of that size. no smoke from the gun, no muzzle flash (or any light from the shot at all for that matter)

just watch the space where the blood appears, frame-by-frame, after the shot, and you'll see
