Thought if would fit better in /h/social than /h/gore, because there is no blood or visible injuries, even though it's pretty brutal. I think head injuries like that can easily cause severe permanent damage to a person.

I see nothing wrong. Assume you are trying to be killed in every fight and fight back as such. Do not stop hitting or kicking your opponent until they are either dead or you can no longer continue to do so. Why?
