let me start off by saying. if you dont have any desire to improve yourself. id say to skip this post. alright lets get started.
1. masturbation to porn, even though it is relaxing. as a man it strips you of your energy.
2. not going to the gym. if you are sitting around and not getting outside, going on walks or jogs it is an issue for your cardiovascular health. lets ditch the treadmill and actually get outside and explore. which going outside is also good for our mental health
3. eating processed sugars constantly. eating high amounts of sugars kills the healthy bacteria in your gut microbiome and therefore can be an issue
4. smoking, effects of smoking are temporary and therefore is an instant gratification activity. if you dont have a illness that you smoke for i would avoid it at all costs . we should instead go for delayed gratification activities
5. not eating a balanced diet, if your not getting your food groups in and only having like one food group. not having your fruits and vegetables. you can deprive yourself of essential nutrients that your body needs
