Thankfully I have no clue what a mental hospital looks like from the inside, but I highly doubt she's in any hospital setting at all.
No clear markers of it, and I don't think they'd let her roam around with open self harm cuts on her wrists (I'd imagine that would be 'triggering' for other mental patients).
Hopefully she's a-okay and just another attention seeking stunt!
