Daily Garfield Post #013

Frank placed his hand onto Garfield. But this was his mistake. Upon touching Garfield's fur the world around Frank fell apart revealing an empty void of pure darkness. Frank couldn't see his hands 2 inches from his eyes. In the distance the void opened up into a deep orange as 2 large blood shot eyes made contact with frank. He tried to yell but no sound came out. He could only watch in horror as a giant mouth full of hundreds if not thousands of razor sharp teeth slowly approached him. He closed his eyes ready to accept his fate, but when he opened them he found himself in a Field. Full of orange grass and red rivers it seemed like an oddly peaceful place. In the distance was a small town. Frank got up and approached it. There were roads and buildings devoid of life. Not a single sound could be heard. Frank found himself to start getting hungry so he went inside a store that was stocked with food. Lasagna. After eating Frank felt sleepy so he decided to hunker down there and rest. But as Frank was sleeping peacefully a huge roar could be heard. "FRANK" it called our with a deep hatred in its tone. Frank shot up and tried to run. But Garfield was faster. 2 huge cat paws shot through the glass windows of the store and grabbed Frank crushing his ribs. Frank could feel the shattered bones pierced his lungs. He looked up and saw Garfield's 2 large void eyes. Frank screamed before appearing back at John's house. Looking around Garfield sat at the table staring at him. Frank never went back.

I had a BLT and a beer for breakfast. Pretty sure that counts as spending my time wisely.
