This is a repost, I've seen it quite a few times now but I couldn't find any other posts with it, so I'm pretty sure you're in the clear. The guy went up without a harness which you're not supposed to do. People suspect he forgot he wasn't wearing one that's why it looks like he just kinda leaps backwards.

I think the guy survived though, so this would technically be the wrong hole if so.
