Damn ALL of the first 14 countries with the highest death rate are Eastern European and/or former Soviet Union Countries.

It may be no coincidence, that the rate of alcoholism in Russian men is 37%
I'll bet it's not too far off that number in the other 13 countries at the top of the death rate list.
