I actually have a TERRIBLE fear of dying.. anxiety.. panic attacks… the whole 9 yards and I absolutely fuckin' HATE IT! I'm not sure why I'm so scared of it but my fear … overthinking and worrying about death was not always a part of me… in-fact it didn't even start until after I gave birth to my first child.. then it broke free and has only gotten worse from there.. I'm not sure if it's the finality … the unknown .. the missing of friends/family but it scares the shit outta me! My mom always told me that it was just because I had young children and didn't want to die and leave them because no one could take care of my kids the way that I take care of them… 🤷🏻♀️ 🤔
