I actually have a TERRIBLE fear of dying.. anxiety.. panic attacks… the whole 9 yards and I absolutely fuckin' HATE IT! I'm not sure why I'm so scared of it but my fear … overthinking and worrying about death was not always a part of me… in-fact it didn't even start until after I gave birth to my first child.. then it broke free and has only gotten worse from there.. I'm not sure if it's the finality … the unknown .. the missing of friends/family but it scares the shit outta me! My mom always told me that it was just because I had young children and didn't want to die and leave them because no one could take care of my kids the way that I take care of them… 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤔

atheists rightly fear the hellfire that awaits them

They are atheists. how can they fear hell and all that other bullshit?

atheism is a cope, no one is stupid enough to actually believe that shit

you overestimate the believers:

They are willing to believe any idiocy, as long as they are told what to do and what to think, and are not forced to do it themselves

Hello! I can understand how you feel about atheists! But do you accept other religions? (I use the term "accept", as not making them burn in hell for believing in another religion)

I'm afraid of a painful death- not death itself. I know where I'm going, and that's with The one and only God

I'm afraid of my death being amazingly shitty or painful, like the type of shit that gets posted on here. The dying part itself stopped bothering me pretty early on, though.

Yea, I can understand your fear of how you die. but the pain before the death, is only a warm welcome to a never ending process…

I've almost checked out a few times. Been in a coma twice. Not really afraid of death anymore.

I stopped being friends with the person who called the ambulance for me. After I got out of the hospital, I told him I hated him for saving me. That was probably a little harsh.

Yes. it was a little harsh, but I can understand you, since I hate my parents. I hate them for caring about me when I was child/teenager!

Because all my shit will get stolen and sold off by my heirs. If any of the afterlife dogma is true then I even have to watch them do it! I will have to track down that Beetlejuice dude and have him put the fear in those ingrates.

I dont think they fear the death, but fear what comes after the death

Jump in the discussion.

Yea, I think most people fear what comes after death because they're never sure of what could come after death. A never ending black abyss? The depth of hell? Or a beautiful heaven?

For your information, "internet comments" aren't some special kind of imaginary or play world. They are real comments from real people. This is still an actual conversation, genius, just like it was happening in someone's house, face to face. Maybe to you, it's just internet comments and comedy because you don't know what real life is. Look at your user name. Everything is just sarcasm to you. Look at your posts. You have no inner compass. Everything is just for a joke.
