People still think China has the cheap labor, but it got 'relatively' expensive compared to Vietnam, etc and others.
Bangladesh I think is still about the cheapest labor - if you don't bother your conscience with the fact that just 5 years ago, or so, the average worker earned $1 a day.
They do a bit better now.

30 years ago, China was known for making cheap plastic shitty quality crap.
They now make MOST high end LED TV screens and MANY other of the best quality electronics and many other things.
