This is edited, it's fake. If it was real, the exposure after the flames would darken if the flames were really there. It only darkened when the kid went out of frame, so the white balance on the wall isn't over-exposed (which it was before). If you pause the video, the fire is obviously masked in, and disappeared faster than it spread. There's a 1 frame difference between the flame being present and straight up gone, and going frame by frame, you can see that it would need to be a lot faster than it actually was to disappear like that. Then, the whole video is in mono, except for the "explosion" that just so happens to be in stereo, mainly on the left side, which also sounds quieter than the actual sound of the fall, despite happening right infront of the phone.

The only thing relevant to somebody with no knowledge about this, is the fire disappearing in just 1 frame. Go ahead and view how slow the fire moves between each frame, which is still visible in the bottom and top, and suddenly it disappears. I explained everything wrong, yet your only explanation was a "shitty camera", so you probably don't know how editing works.
1. You can't have a stereo sound in a mono recording, it's not possible. Unless you have a second recording in stereo, which you later add onto the other recording.
2. The fire mask overlaps with the kid's face, where you can see a curved line just blending in with the real footage, with slight opacity to actually make the face visible behind it (I assume you have not checked this out.)
3. That's a phone, the exposure sets itself automatically. In the end, it actually changed to correctly expose the white walls, so it should have changed when the BRIGHT fire (which should have darkened the video) exploded.
