That's gonna hurt like a bitch on heat for a few days, you've basically taken off the "Stratum Corneum", which is the very top layer of the Epidermis. That will crust over in a few days, but for the love of G-d, don't pick at it or you'll wind up with an infection. Give it a clean with some warm saline, but don't cover it up or you'll slow down any crusting/scabbing.
