I have no idea whats going on cause there's no context. Just a bunch of ppl together and some others looking at them. It could anywhere else having any context. We dont even know if that it's in africa, since there are a lot of "black" caribbean countries going through huge criminal problems and lack of security. It could the end of a prison riot or a lot of other things.
