It's not gloves. He had alcohol on his hands. The process is
Pour alcohol onto a plate
Dip your hands in it
Light your hands with a lighter
Look cool
Flick off/blow out the flame when it gets hot
His reaction at first was surprised, and it started to burn, so he slammed his hands down at the table to try and smother his hands, but he smacked the plate of alcohol and lit it on fire. Which in turn exploded

He's wearing white gloves.
The trick is to dip the gloves in water, then spray some lighter fluid on there and let her rip.
It's possible that he's dead or got burned a lot, but it's more likely that he just set his bed on fire, which he was using as a stand for his camera, if it was real at all.
Looked like he ran away from the room on fire and maybe got his hands burned from using too much lighter fluid.
Maybe. There's so little context given for this specific scenario that most conclusions have to be guesses.
And this video is no longer in the /h/burning category, so I don't feel that it is as-fake as I did when it was being misrepresented by the OP.
