I think its fair to assume the guy slammed the thing without expecting it to fall, not his fault their construction is shoddy.

What is his fault is acting like a bitch in the first place. While I think every action taken in this video is poorly chosen, it was a damn good bottle smash and I'm glad to have seen it.
