I feel for her, so bad. I’ve had more surgeries from skateboarding, than from anything else in my life. I’m 36, and have arthritis in every toe on my right foot, and need to have surgery on it next month. Seeing people like this, who’ve put it all on the line for their passion, getting injuries like this at such an early time in their career honestly breaks my heart.

It’s a gut wrenching experience to know what this type of injury does for her career for me as well.

I do not have “sport injuries” or the experience that you do to back me up. I intuitively know that this is going to derail this woman in a likely insurmountable way.
