Looks less like a broken bone and more like the muscle tore completely in two from the weight directly pressing down and stretching it while she was at the same time trying to use the muscle to lean forward.

So if she had built up that muscle with less weight over time she would have been able to pull this off?

Or was this yanking just too much or the wrong angle?

Muscle was already under extreme tension and the weight hit so quickly and with so much inertia that it got stretched past its limit before it could adjust. Muscle was basically snapped in half.
