Everyone told me cats were the best anti depressant and honestly I should have listened sooner. These two are siblings from the same litter and extremely bonded. I initially only adopted squid but I felt so bad splitting them that I was adopting Salem less than an hour later

So we mostly call her squid, but when she’s in trouble we use her full name, Squidward. I had a gray kitty that looked almost identical named monkey and I wanted to give her a random animal name like that.

I also have an obsession with Gangster Spongebob. So my gf suggested Squidward and I was like absolutely.
