Anybody else get a weird tingle in their legs when they stand up?

I went to multiple doctors and they tell me I'm fine but I think they're lying to me?

Get a detachable shower head with a massage setting. I use it on my legs when I shower. If you can't then get one of those handheld massagers. Stretch when you get up and don't sit too long. And just drink more water because why not, it's always good to drink more water

Here’s some tips to see if it helps or changes:

β€’ drink more water or at least the required amount

β€’ don’t get up so fast

β€’ regularly exercise AND stretch

If those don’t help, then yeah see different doctors.
