Idk that was a 3 story jump, and he landed on the front of his head/ arms. At most he shattered the front of his skull, broke some ribs (that may have punctured his ribs). If he did survive he'd die from internal bleeding.

That's a little over 30 feet. 50/50 chance for survival is about 50 feet, or more like a four-story building. And again that's 50/50. Maybe he did die, depending on how he landed but it's a hell of a gamble.
