I wish I knew more about this. In most cases when you die its because no blood to brain, no oxygen results in death.

But here? I am sure he even had machines breathing for him but he still died?

As vivelavinyl made me realize. The cause of death was probably damage to the heart and lungs.

So to correct you the cause of death was not pole in ass, the cause of death was pole in ass, lungs, heart and neck.

Um yeah, looked like the pole went past his heart and lungs and almost out his neck. More than likely it was just protocol for the CPR machine or the attendees weren’t 100% sure what they were dealing with
