you can clearly see it isn't someone they know. from their slurred speech they are intoxicated leading to lack of critical thought and judgement. they tried to open the door to perhaps help him but it was locked. I agree as humans we should look out for our fellow man yet in this age of social media that is naught. people process things differently. delayed trauma.

Wow what a long winded way to say ur stupid and using big words to sound smart. If u see someone that drunk. Standing on an edge of a what? 20 ft floor? Ur instinct would t tel u to grab them before they fall? R u that dumb? U have no common sense? Do u really need me to coke open a book for u to show u proper safety precautions for u to realize there is danger there? Geez. There really is a difference between common sense and book knowledge.
