If the wife is angry, the husband who is supposed to stop it encourages her instead of stopping her. He took a video on his cell phone without caring that her life was dying before his eyes. He sent the footage of her committing suicide to her relatives.

I've watched so many videos like this and I'm still amazed at how quickly this suicide method reacts on the body. And once you fall, there is little chance that you will be able to survive

I agree. If they don't relieve the neck constriction within 5-6 seconds they're a goner. The 'I've changed my mind' window closes very quickly.
