Would be more productive and a lot better to just work on building healthy routines and a healthy life so you can be healthy as long as possible. And at the same time create a community of people around you that you care for and care for you. Those people will then take care of you when you become too old to take care of yourself. Also save up some money so you can pay for caretaking when the people who care about you are too busy to do it. You can still meet them on evenings, weekends etc. even when they are busy.
You'll adapt and realize that you want to live as long as possible, even if you can't function as well as before. This happens to the vast majority of people, only the ones who are utterly lonely end up committing suicide in old age.

You'll very very likely adapt and realize that you want to live as long as possible (if not for any other reason, then because the survival instinct will force you), even if you can't function as well as before. This happens to the vast majority of people, only the ones who are utterly lonely end up committing suicide in old age (the deeply depressed).
Elder abuse is very unlikely, and that's why you create a family and community who truly like and care about you.
I see your viewpoint and understand it, but many things point to things not playing out as you think they will.
