I have severe treatment resistant clinical depression and I rehearsed this method. It is really effective. I didnt do it over a break up though. I did it because of the horrific anhedonia I experience. Thank goodness for Venelafaxine and Mitragyna speciosa. It helps a little bit ,which is a lot considering all the meds I tried over 16 years. LOL
