I have a question for experts, how many seconds it takes to die completely after falling

Have you ever fallen, and knocked the wind out of yourself?

Do you remember that feeling of having so much trouble taking a breath?

Well falling like this is 100 times worse.

A fall like that is fairly likely to break the huge arteries going to and from the heart, and the massive breaks to rib bones and shock to the lungs means you probably can't breath again.

And the impact of your brain inside your skull will instantly stop all life maintaining function.

But for people falling 4 stories, or similar - you sometimes see them breath a few times, and move a bit before dying.

60's

There will be some people on here with significantly greater medical knowledge.

I have some understanding of physiology, and medicine.

My dad is a retired firefighter.

He told me many stories of things he'd seen.

But one rather obvious blatant lie he told me was that people die before they hit the ground - when they jump.

I don't know if he said this as an attempt at trying to 'comfort' me - or himself.

But he saw some shit in a lifetime as a firefighter.

Respect to you, kind man. Being in your sixties explains your rationality and lack of impulsiveness, unlike many teenagers here. I pray that God grants you a long life and that you continue to see the light

But he saw some shit in a lifetime as a firefighter.

Indeed, this always happens to us. We ask God for safety.
