How can someone actually do this to themselves ? They'd have to be in such a worked up and warped mental state where they finally get to the point of saying "you know what ? fuck it. I'm doing it. Not now - right fucking now" and they dump their accelerant of choice and spark themselves up.
Lots of folks probably get to the point of such self-talk at some time in their lives, but don't follow it with self-immolation. Another shot of tequila, a line of coke, a hit of meth, etc are probably far more common. I think the irreversibility and finality of fire is what gives me the shivers about stuff like this. No going back from that deal whatsoever.
