This final clip is part of 23 hours of footage from his video diary, filmed over 9 months (or thereabouts). You can see how much his mental state is deteriorating as the time goes on, which is kind of gripping knowing how it ends.
He talks a fair bit about Björk, and you see him preparing parcel bombs which he sends the day of his suicide, and he's just generally not in a good place.
The final 20 mins is him changing into what he looks like during the suicide. This is him in one of the earlier videos.

most of these videos, even where someone gets his head chopped off in one swipe, or if someone gets their head blown off with a shot gun. they end up still twitching for a bit or moaning anyway, does that mean they’re still alive? or is the brain off and the body is just still doing shit

That is the body's automatic functions shutting down. With no more signals from the brain the body won't do much of anything (as in sudden beheadings), with a damaged but still partially present brain the body will react to whatever neurons manage to fire off. The moaning is usually from the air inhaled before dying, or in the case of agonal breathing, it is the body in autopilot survival mode trying to continue on. But at that point, it is pretty safe to say that the patient has checked out. It is possible that you maintain consciousness for a few seconds to a minute after a sudden beheading, but with no new oxygenated blood consciousness is fleeting at best.

well this guy in the video did it for the theatrics, but there is also a physical aspect to it:
we once had a case of a guy shooting himself in the temple. he managed to only severe his optic nerves, leaving himself blinded and with a horrible wound, not killing him instantly but eventually nonetheless, albeit painfully. he dropped the gun after the shot and now being blinded he couldn't find the gun and finish the job, so he ran around in agony in his flat smashing everything in his path because of the pain.
when the police eventually arrived, after neighbors had called them due to the noise, they entered a flat covered in blood, you could see the guys hand prints smearing blood everywhere, even on the kitchen drawers (possibly looking for a knife to end his misery).
so if you want to kill yourself, your best bet is destroying your brainstem.
though the best option is to NOT KILL YOURSELF and SEEK THERAPY ❤️
