I was obsessed over this for years, she was sexually harassed by her moms boyfriend, she and her brother were neglected and the mom was a piece of shit. Also she talked to adults on chat rooms and met this dude who played with her mind and that's why she decided to do it mostly, that's why she apologized before hanging. Nobody payed for this, the mom continued her life and the pedo stepfather and online boyfriend too, this last one had to close his accounts tho. The girl was kinda known in the internet back then mainly for being an attention seeker mostly of men (not criticism, that's the information I got).
