So yeah, you want to like bring up that I convinced you about managers, but hey here you are man like you wouldn't even, you wouldn't even give me the chance. Wouldn't even give me the chance. I'm good. I'm good when it comes to management, but yet you want to message me and say that I convinced you about bad management. I was thinking this but with fewer laugh emojis. He just did not seem like he handled pressure/stress well AT ALL. As I watched the video before it happened I felt like he had the potential to be a mass shooter, just not quite angry enough. I didn't know him, so it's entirely possible he would have never considered harming another person, just his own life that he no longer valued.

I thank Ronnie McNutt for showing us how far the human mind can fall into darkness. He was having a bad time in life, felt like no one was there for him. Something I could relate to. People in my life "care" about me but I've dealt with depression for a decade now. Ronnie McNutt shows me that, a couple bad days and no good reason to keep going, and this could be me. Its just a good reminder to not give into your negative thoughts. Get help people. Find a reason to keep going in life.
