It's the "Over the horizon" stock ringtone on a Galaxy S10. I didn't know that either, but I was sitting in the passenger's seat driving with my brother-in-law one day when his phone rang and I shat bricks. "Ooh fuck it's the suicide song!!"
The person he hung up on before shooting probably called back immediately after, but by then it was already too late.
