I don't get this, not at all. But inquiring minds want to know-

How did the first person who ever did this, know what to do and not die? Why not just stand back up, rather than use a strap to pull yourself back up, wouldn't standing be easier? And also- this guy just keep deflating, so the old weiner wasn't working well, what a way to leave the world.
