it looks like he tries to stand but fails to be able to. Looks like he waited too long to intervene so he didn't have the strength and/or on the verge of passing out. If you pay attention to his left raised leg you can see the moment he tries to stand but his leg just gives out.

glad i could help! Yeah a lot of people underestimate or just don't really think of that part. It's how a lot of folks die doing this shit too. They think they can just stand up or something. Once you're out that's it folks.
Though this honestly looks fake to me. The way his arms and hands reacted doesn't look natural. It looks like he's trying to mimic what he has seen. There is usually some kind of seizing along with the wrists twisting a lot more. I hope i'm right but who knows.

we don't really see the entire belt for one, or the back of his neck. It could be in a fixed position but otherwise idk. It could be legit and he just happen to hit the right point so he went quick. I'm about 50/50 on it. Just so weird to not see all the twitching/convulsing.
