The bullies i encountered were pack animals: scare off the leader, scare off them all.
One choke slam and that fucker didn't even dare look me in the eyes for a few months, his boys left me alone during the while.
Things could be different in your case but then you escalate the issue: bring it up with parents or threaten with the police.
