So what I found on the web was... This was in Kragujevac/Serbia. The guy that died in the video was mentaly ill and before the police arrived he was already shouting that he was gonna kill himself and chased a worker in a nerby store and refused to pay for groceries. Some sort of context

i cant help but to think that the officiers could've do something, it's also quite obvious that they were never confronted to a similar situation just by looking how confused and lost they were, not blaming them it's all on the mentally illness guy but eehhh maybe this could be avoided.
