Also, 80% of "mass shootings" are also gang-related incidents. The govt defines a mass shooting as anytime 4 or more people are shot (doesnt matter how many die). So if the crips and the bloods have a shootout and 3 or 4 get shot on each side, it's a mass shooting for statistical purposes. Or if a dad does a murder-suicide on his wife and 2 kids.
