If they killed you, even if you begged for it, it would constitute murder for the person who did it. Probably lessened out by not being treacherous or premeditated, but it would still be murder.

I get that. Completely understand. But the hypocratic oath states that you "do no harm", but imo, through saving this mans life (which kinda is the imprtant factor here) youre inflicting hamr upon him because theres no real quality of life anymore other than just existing.
